Employee Scheduling Experts Can Redline Your WFM
Engine!
Just about every contact center uses workforce management
software. With all of the features, functionality, and promises
of cost savings have you gotten the most out of this expensive investment?
The answer is probably “No.”
This doesn’t have to be the case. Core Practice’s
John Frehse is currently doing half day workshops to educate management
teams on the right labor strategies to implement into WFM software.
John is the leader internationally in WFM strategy and has hands
on experience working with IEX, Verint (Blue Pumpkin), InVision,
Aspect, Calabrio, and others. Most organizations capture between
5% and 10% with software. Separately, this exercise typically uncovers
additional cost savings equaling 11 – 17% of your total labor
budget. Strategic initiatives including agent scheduling strategies,
work and pay policy education, and service level optimization can
maximize the value of the investment you have already made in software.
John has worked with companies from GE to Bell Canada
to EDS to Blue Cross Blue Shield and his educational workshop will
change the way your team thinks about labor. These workshops are
done onsite with operations teams and focus on business strategies
to save money and improve morale.
You have already made an expensive investment. Now
maximize the value.
